Are you a factory or trading company? Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

We are a direct manufacturing factory with 10 years of experience, offering one-stop OEM/ODM services. From fragrance blending (essential oil ratio/concentration), wax base selection (soy wax, beeswax, coconut wax, etc.), container material (glass, ceramic, metal), label/logo design, to packaging box and gift set assembly, all can be customized. We offer flexible MOQ. Samples or design drawings for prototyping are welcome.

How do you ensure product quality, safety, and environmental compliance?

We strictly follow ISO 9001. All raw materials (fragrance oil, wax, wick, containers) are MSDS, REACH (EU), and CA Prop 65 (US) certified. Finished products undergo burn testing (no black smoke, no self-extinguishing, even surface), fragrance throw testing, and heat resistance testing. We can provide test reports, certificate and declaration of conformity with each shipment to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Do you accept third-party factory audits? What certifications do you have? What after-sales service is included?

- Factory audit: We accept audits by SGS, TÜV, Intertek, etc. We are certified with BSCI (Social Compliance) and ISO 9001. Recent audit reports are available upon request.

- After-sales service:

1. Third-party random inspection before shipment (optional, extra cost).

2. For transit damage (unboxing video & photos required), we provide 1:1 replacement or credit for the next order.
